- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆As an experienced free professional myself I know what professional treatment is and I didnt get this from this salon. Firstly, the greeting was neither warm nor welcoming, my treatment started 10min later and without any excuse whatsoever. I booked sugaring (Hollywood) and since Ive had this service before I know what to expect, clearly I wasnt expecting what I got in this establishment. My skin was not prepped for the treatment in any way, use of gloves and other hygienic precautions were not an option, after the treatment I did not receive any calming lotion or a simple aloe vera gel. Secondly, the hair removal technique was rough and imprecise. Thirdly, the treatment was rushed and in barely 20min (30min foreseen online) I was left with a lot of remaining hairs and a quite sore intimate zone. Finally, all in all a disappointing experience, a waste of time as I had to get all the way to Uxbridge in zone 6, and a waste of money, although the price is below Londons average this service is just not worth it.
