Completely ineffectual, these ladies care more about their nails than their staff. They made error after error from not paying me on time to trying to discipline me (because I dared complain about them) without going through the correct disciplinary procedures and when I informed their head office the manager lied. They also lied about sending me my P45 amongst numerous other incidents regarding this sham of an agency that can only be described as a cowboy run outfit. They do not care about their staff, they do not communicate with their staff, they lie and make mistake after mistake after mistake. If you want an easy life then dont use this agency. I worked for A&O and not one single member of staff were happy with this sham of an agency.
